MINISTRY VISION
I have a heart to see people’s lives transformed by Jesus. I get excited about seeing a ministry that remains spiritually and musically relevant while reaching the seeker, and believer. Musical excellence combined with cultural and spiritual sensitivity is my goal in leading and facilitating an authentic worship experience.
Over the past several years I have watched God shift my focus and ministry direction from being a touring artist, towards serving primarily in a local church worship ministry. My background as a worship leader and touring worship artist, combined with my artistry, technical knowledge and musical skill sets bring a unique element of leadership and creativity to the life of a church. With experience serving in the local church setting, along with serving in churches of varied style/expression and denomination on a regional and national level, I’ve learned to connect with people across generational and stylistic lines and acquired solid leadership skills to develop a highly impacting worship arts ministry.
I love working along side of people and leaders who serve in their area of giftedness with vision and excellence. I feel that a team perspective is critical to worship arts and overall church ministry, and that an inclusive approach inspires a creative team.
I personally thrive when involved in the daily and weekly life of a church. I love to build into new leaders and give space for a creative community to grow as we journey to know God and reach people who are far from God. It’s important to develop more than a successful program, but to take the time to love on people and be a part of their lives.
