So much to be grateful for living in the USA. Â I’m a fan of the whole freedom thing. Â Freedom to follow our beliefs…freedom to express our faith privately and publicly…freedom to dream…freedom to hope.
Our family had a very cool 4th of July together. Â The kids were exhausted from being at camp all week, so we had decided to stay home and not fight the crowds to see fireworks. Â We barbecued at home after Saturday’s service, and while we were eating in the backyard, there was a huge fireworks show about a mile from our place. Â It was awesome to hang in our backyard watching fireworks and then jump right in the pool as soon as the show was over.
Our weekend services were a bit lighter on attendance because of the holiday, but it was very cool to worship and connect with our church family.
